Sule Mundi from Dr. Rotimi Aluko's group has sucessfully completed the University of Manitoba's PhD Candidacy Examination investigating acceptability of functional foods through aroma and use of different processing techniques effect on volitile organic compounds of flaxseed enriched bakery products.
